Rare Earth has appointed Martin Ham as its new Director for the UK & Europe.

Effective immediately, Martin will be based in the UK and responsible for the continued growth and expansion of the firm’s capabilities and opportunities across Europe.

Since joining Rare Earth’s international headquarters in Hong Kong as Director, Binder & Facilities in 2019, Martin has led Rare Earth’s support for MGA’s and cedants seeking capacity and services in the Asian markets.

We’ll miss having Martin in the Hong Kong office, but are excited to have his expertise on the ground in the UK, where he can further develop our strong relationships and partnerships in the London Market and beyond.
